Hi I'm Angela.
Business Strategist & Coach for people who are ready for change to start & build their dream business.
We all have hopes and dreams, ideas of what we see the future looking like, often starting when we are kids or teenagers. I have come to realise those dreams we have are 'signposts' to our purpose. As we get older...they fade away and it all seems impossible, buried away or in the far distance.
But we are not created to just exist, we want to 'thrive' and live the lifestyle we dreamt of. So how do we unpack this in the midst of juggling work, life, children, family and the day-to-day?
The reality can be it feels like ‘ground hog day' going from one thing to the next. The answer we need to get clear on our personal vision, who we truly and what makes you unique, our 'Authentic Genius' and bring to life those business ideas.
I am a Mum of 2 great kids, Joshua and Abigail, living on the Gold Coast with my hubby and have lots of adventures. Originally from UK thinking I was going to be here for just 3 months and now 20 years later still here. 😀
My mission is to see 1000 families changed by stepping into their individual 'genius' and purpose, creating a new path through business and entrepreneurship and see their dreams come to life.
I hope that by journeying with me and the Refresh family you will be ignited and encouraged to start a new path in 2023.

Well a bit more on me ....I am passionate about people and entrepreneurship coming alongside you to help unlock the essence of who you are to bring your story to life. I'm a strategist at heart with a relational style and intuitive approach to get to the heart and foundations whether an individual or business.
- 12 years consulting, coaching and mentoring within the business, not-for-profit sector and individuals
- 30 years business experience in both Australia and the UK including roles within Thompson Reuters and World Vision Australia
- Diploma in Business & Finance and a Post-Graduate Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing
- Qualified Extended DISC trainer as well as Life Coach training at The Coaching Institute
I love travel and connecting with different people and cultures as well as having a strange English/Australian accent.....

About John....insight & understanding
John is my hubby and brings strong relationship, negotiation, technical and problem solving skills finding the best solutions for people helping them to be successful in life and business. Often bridging the gap between customer needs and a business that has a desired solution.
- John has worked with people at all different levels and backgrounds often in complex environments engaging decision makers and influencers to achieve desired outcomes
- 30+ years experience in Sales and Business Development, primarily in Print, Packaging, Labelling & Manufacturing
- Assisted in start-ups within Sports Technology, Packaging and enjoys Health & Wellness Industry
He likes accordion music and slow walks on the beach......(for those that know him we love his sense of humour!!)
